What housing Options are Available to Me For the weekend?

If you would like on-campus housing, you will need to provide a student email address above. We can only provide housing to students (undergraduate and graduate). This housing accommodation will be the common room of a student's dorm room. 

There are several hotel options available for non-students. Unfortunately, we are not able to cover these costs. Please see the list below for a list of options in the Boston/Cambridge area.

Would it Be Possible for My Organization to Table at this Event?

We have a limited number of tabling spaces for organizations and vendors who are working in the Black health field. If you feel that your organization fits this description, please email bhmconference.com with a description of your work and a website link if possible.

What Food will be Included with my ticket Purchase?

We will provide breakfast and lunch on Saturday and Sunday. You will be responsible for your own dinner costs.

Is it possible for me to volunteer at this event?

We are fully staffed for the weekend. Please come and channel your enthusiasm into actively engaging during the conference!
